What: SuperPamplemousse: A customized sound system for my chamber group, Ensemble Pamplemousse. Pamplemousse performs primarily contemporary chamber music with electronics. The sound system will comprise of amplification systems for flute, violin, cello, percussion, and piano, as well as wearable speakers for each ensemble member.  The mics will be specifically designed for the noise end of the Ensemble's sound palette. The amplified sound will be processed (or not) through Pure Data and amplified through the wearable speakers, allowing the illusion that all of the sound is emanating from the individual rather than a detached sound source. The final product will be a performance of a composition I'll write for the ensemble using this system.
